Have syncing issues? Due to the updates Microsoft and Intuit have pushed out, we recommend that you log into your QB file as the admin and then with the existing sync client please try to sync and see if you can re-authorize or complete the sync. If you cannot re-authorize or complete the sync due to an error, we will be doing a staggard release of a new sync client. The Admin will still need to log in first and re-authorize QB with our new sync client. Still having issues or can't wait for the staggared release? Click here to open a ticket.

* Note from Intuit:
Currently, only QuickBooks Desktop 2022 (Pro Plus, Premier Plus, Pro and Enterprise) R3 or later is certified as fully compatible with Windows 11 64-bit. There can be some unanticipated problems with your QuickBooks software if you decide to utilize Windows 11 for older versions of QuickBooks.
As of May 31, 2023, QuickBooks Desktop for Windows 2020 is being phased out by Intuit and support is discontinued. Discontinuation affects all versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions v20.
